I recently had to take my MAC in for diagnostics as it’s literally my lifeline for my photography business. Brandy was so accommodating and listened to my concerns, communicated effectively as to where with they were with the process and issues they could see. Answered all my questions and even took a follow up question I had after I had taken it back home. They were lifesavers and I would recommend to anyone.

Great tech repair shop. They cleaned my iPhone charging port for free. They also advised me that the charging port was not in very good shape and whenever it stops working to just start using a wireless charger (which had never crossed my mind). VERY helpful folks. Thanks Y’all!

* (Update to my original post three years ago. These guys continue to be the best, in all respects. Desiree has helped me with so many devices - iPhone charging issues, keeping my old Macbook alive, advising me on an eventual replacement, etc. Always competent and professional, with great communication. Stand behind their work and always get to the core problem quickly. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.)
Wish there was an extra star button, they fixed my iPhone screen in 45 minutes, with friendly and professional service. This is a small business that earns your business, consistently.
